Imen Trabelsi is currently a postdoctoral researcher at LIMSI (CNRS, Université Paris-Sud Université Paris-Saclay) within the AMI Team (Architectures and Models for Interaction). She completed her PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Tunis-Manar, Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Tunis (ENIT) in March 2015. Her thesis focused on recognizing emotional states from speech, by building a new Support Vector Machine Kernel combined with a varied set of features. She has had other research experiences in areas linking Machine learning to Signal processing.
